Thunder Bay Literacy Group - Adult Learning Centre
Over the past year, the board of directors of the Thunder Bay Literacy Group (TBLG) has been focusing on the subject of digital literacy. New digital technologies and tools offer many advantages and opportunities, but also present significant challenges and barriers to access for many in our community.
As representatives of the TBLG, whose mandate is to provide adult education services, we recognize the importance of ensuring that public resources and services remain accessible for everyone. As service models change and adapt to suit new digital trends, we ask that you bear in mind the impact that these changes will have on those who are less versed in this technology.
